In this laboratory since 2023, I have been working in several research projects as an engineer. These projects involved the formulation of nanoparticles (iron oxide nanoparticles, liposomes, and lipid nanocapsules) and their characterization, as well as the use of molecular biology techniques (RT-qPCR, agarose gel electrophoresis), analytical methods (SE-HPLC), and the determination of antioxidant activity (both in vitro on cells and using the DPPH assay).

Currently, my research focuses on the use of analytical techniques (Raman spectroscopy) for monitoring antibody production in bioreactors (as part of Process Analytical Technology, PAT ). Large-scale cell culture in bioreactors requires regular sampling to assess cell growth and quantify key metabolites. The implementation of such in-line analytical techniques directly within the bioreactor can help reduce the risk of contamination and optimize real-time monitoring of the culture process.
