Elodie Mereu

Holder of a University Diploma in Technology (DUT) with a specialization in Analytical Chemistry, I continued my studies in an engineering program in Formulation Chemistry at ENSCL – Centrale Lille. My strong interest in the cosmetics field, combined with a genuine affinity for research, naturally led me to pursue a PhD.

I am currently a doctoral student at the University of Tours, in collaboration with the Chaire de Cosmetologie at AgroParisTech in Orléans. My research focuses on the potential of natural eutectic solvents for the development of suspensions and foams intended for cosmetic applications. The objective of this project is to reduce the use of toxic substances by replacing them with ecodesigned, safe, and biocompatible solvents.
