ℹ️ Dr. Morandise RUBINI had the pleasure of presenting one oral communication and one poster at the ESACT Frontiers Retreat 2025 in Ljubljana, Slovenia. These presentations showcased part of the research carried out within the Climb’In project, in collaboration with: Martin Soucé, Igor ChourpaDépartement NMNS UPR 4301/CBM - CNRS UPR4301/Université de Tours ; Anaïs Berger, Thomas Saillard, Sylvain Arnould, Murielle VergèsServier ; Julien Boyer, Jordane Poulain (Lallemand), Sylvie RousselOndalys ; Julien Louet, Fabien Chauchard-RiosINDATECH - Chauvin Arnoux Group.

🧪 The study focuses on Raman spectroscopy as a Process Analytical Technology (PAT) tool in bioprocesses. The objective is the quantitative monitoring of Critical Process Parameters (CPPs) such as nutrients and metabolites, which directly affect Critical Quality Attributes (CQAs) such as glycoforms, aggregation, fragmentation, and isoforms. A key focus was placed on the robustness and specificity of Multivariate Data Analysis (MVDA) models.

🙏 Grateful thanks to the ESACT Frontiers Committee for the warm welcome, outstanding organization, and grant support.
