Stéphanie David is a pharmacist. Graduated from the Friedrich Alexander Universität, Erlangen (Germany) in 2007, she obtained her PhD in 2011 at the University of Angers (France) on the development of lipid nanovectors allowing the systemic administration of nucleic acids. Today, she is an associate professor of Pharmaceutical Technology at the School of Pharmacy, University of Tours, and works on iron-oxide based nanovectors for siRNA delivery in the nanomedicine and nanoprobes department of the Center for Molecular Biophysics, UPR CNRS 4301 CBM. Her scientific expertise is the formulation and characterization of non-viral siRNA delivery systems, their optimization using design of experiments, as well as their biological evaluation on breast cancer models.
